B92 here is attacking wrong target. As Ms. Smajlović quite well says it: "I think that Politika did a favor to B92 and other citizens by informing them about the way a part of the ruling coalition thinks about B92."

Politika's article also reveals the culture inside the coalition.

I only wished that Ms. Smajlović had used the words "its duty" instead of "a favour", in order to put this matter precisely as it should be.

Go Ljilja! You are absolutely right, B92 does have a double standard here. You are wrong to compare it to del Ponte's "joint criminal enterprise," which is a perfectly legitimate prosecutorial strategy. But hey...

I think that Ms. Smajlović made her point on different approach of journalism between the Politika and the B92. She emphasizes, in my humble opinion, so called double standard that B92 is applying in this case, of actually being on front of the action while setting TV Belgrade on fire. To this day to my knowledge nobody has been charged for. On anther side, B92 is playing an inquisitor for possible events that may be taking place.
Problem here is that B92 have a role in influencing the opinion of the people, and that is often in contrast of what is journalism about. Well-done Ms. Smajlović.
