For a country that, during their quest for separation from former YU, often heralded will be much better off “outside” , Slovenia spends way to much efforts to come back to the same market. What’s up? It is tough to compete out there, isn’t it? Much easier to sell it to “juznjaki”… Admit it : you miss them dearly.
