Just read your blog and just want to give you one answer: real estate agency's worst nightmare is that buyer will find out where the flat is and who is the seller. In that case he will contact seller directly and make the deal, while agency's margin is gone. That is why they keep the full info secret!

I guess this is good, realty is the most profit-generating ventures out there. This will help the Serbian economy grow very fast.
The only thing im scared of are econonomic housing market downturns in such a small country.
The US economy is monolithic by comparison, but they still get dragged down when their housing market dips below regular.
