Romania faces demographic crisis

There are 3 million Romanians next door in Moldova who could improve their standard of living by working in Romania.Most of the other western European countries have the same demographic stats as Romania so why do they still have a high unemployment rate?Wages need to increase if Romanian firms want to keep workers in their own country.Or they can just liberalize their immigration laws and allow millions of people in from Ukraine and Belarus.As far as villages being depopulated so what?Villages get depopulated when a country becomes developed urban and economically prosperous.You know the old saying about how hard it is to keep the boys down on the farm after they have seen Paris.
