After my romantic dinner with Ursula if I still have enough money left over I would like to go to New York and get front row seats at the US Open and be as close to Ana Ivanovic as humanly possible.Do you Serbs not understand that my romantic interests would cost me a fortune and I need your help in order to collect that reward?Come on now Ratko is an old man anyway. He will probably get first class medical treatment in Holland with gorgeous Dutch nurses at his beck and call so no Serb will have to feel guilty about where he spends the remaining time he has left on Earth.

Ratko will not be turned over while Kostunica is in power. Maybe Ratko is hiding under Kostunicas bed @Rade in his bed. When Kostunica is kicked out of power he will turn Ratko in for 5 million. Split it with hes political cronies. For a job well done milking and blaming the serbian people. How dose Kostunica become prime minister when well over 80% of the people did not vote for him or his party. Something stinks and ain't the cheese.

i would love to get that $5m reward so i have enough pocket change for my romantic dinner with Ursula Plassnik. Can any of you Serbs please tell me where I can find him in order to claim the jackpot?if he is innocent of the charges he is being accused of he will have a chance to plead his case in a court of law.

Ratko is only a war criminal because america says so. So what!

How come those american generals who bombed civillian targets in Serbia aren't called war criminals? Oh ya it's because they are americans and they can do what they want. They can kill innocent civillians and get away with it.

My hope is that he is still in Belgrade. In a hole buried deep underground with 2 tonnes of concrete on top.

I'm tired of this "Where's Waldo" game. Put a huge reward out for him and eventually, someone will rat him out. Greed always wins over loyalties.

If nothing happens then, he's probably in Russia along with the Mrs. Milosevic and other Mafia/war criminals.

I dont see what incentive Serbia has to hand him over- they cannot join the EU because of the Kosovo issue anyway. On the other hand the world would look at Serbia in a different way if they sincerely tried to reconcile and accept the facts of the 1990s war crimes. I see that as the only way they can claim Kosovo to remain part of Serbia. Crimes have been committed and the war criminals are walking free - why should the Kosovo people be forced to live in such a state.

Previously "helpers" of hiding MLADIC and KARADZIC have been arrested. Arrest Mr. Bulatovic as the responsible for BIA. He is responsible for finding and arresting Serbia's most wanted persons. He likes to tell the public so. The arrest of MLADIC would immediately improve the conditions for ordinary Serbian people - Bulatovic probably does not need that improvement for himself and his family?

He is stil there(Serbia) but rest assured that he will not be turned over to Hague.
Now, the milion dolar question ; "Where does Serbia stands now, when they are the ones that are providing shelter and protection a most wanted war criminal"? It makes me beleive that Serbia is/was an accomplice to the war crimes if they continue this way.

Well, what is BIA there for?

No, this statement by Bulatovic just goes to show that much remains to be done in terms of transparency.
