Quite strange that our serbian friends on this forum, and their allies from UK and the USA... are not commenting this arrest! They are certainly crying somewhere in a croner. It shows that they don't agree that serb war criminals should not be defered to The Hague, the anti-serbian Court!

Good thing that another war criminal is being arrested. Justice is delaying but getting there after all these years.
I wish that whoever did crimes against humanity gets arrested and fully punished ( a wish that will never be completed)

Good riddance Zdravko Tolimir. This is indeed good news, but it should be taken with at least a little bit of caution. Any time pressure becomes unbearable for Serbia and RS, they show cooperation by turning up some small fish. This happened with the Vukovar trio, with Milan Martic, and now it's happening with Zdravko Tolimir. The EU and USA shouldn't make the mistake of loosening the pressure, they shouldn't allow Serbia to buy time once again. They should let known clearly and without misunderstandings that the only arrests that will restart cooperation and financial aid are those of Ratko Mladic or Radovan Karadzic. Now is the time to show unity and purpose, not to let Serbia walk free of its obligations.

General Tolimir who was on the run for the last 12 years has been arrested by the Serbian and RS Police forces, even though they knew all the time where he was, just as they know where Mladic is. Tolimir was number 3 in the triumvirat of the Srebrenica massacre. He is responsible of the ethnic cleansing of the enclaves of Srebrenica and Zepa, and the killing of all the males aged between 16 and 70.

I am glad with the victims who see this arrest as a positive step in the right direction, from the Serb authorities in Serbia and the little enclave of RS!
