«For once Victor we might agree on something !»

It's a beginning! As for Oric, did you read Oric's judgment ? I have read it a few times and the judge tried to demonstrate that even though Oric was a commander, he did not command to many, and many, especially mujahidins, did not care much about Oric who was a young man compared to them.

The judge also tried to demonstrate that Oric tried to help many Serbs as much as he could, and they took into consideration many mitigating circumstances.

Now, take the case of a Serb officers like Krstic, Obranovic and others who are at The Hague, did they stop soldiers from killing Croat or Bosniak civilians? Did they show compassion to victims as Oric did?

This is a serious business and the judges are trying to be as objective as they can.

Here another case of justifying of what happened to Serbs.

Every war criminal should be arrested, and it shouldn't depend on wheter another war criminal with a different nationality has already been arrested or not.

Hmmm.....very interesting, but it seems that there is a name missing? I guess the US must of had to approve the list.

For once Victor we might agree on something but Serbs are reluctant to hand anyone over when they see the likes of Naser Oric, whom everyone knows murdered hundreds if not thousands of Serbs, get only a couple or so years in jail. Serious crime should mean serious punishment for ALL involved.

« Why have these "top secret" lists if no one is going to do anything about it. The hipocrasy of it all...»

Lollee, why do you think that the ICTY waited so long to bring up these accusations? The answer is simple: they were waiting on the Serb Authorities to hand over Mladic who was responsible for atrocities far more serious than what the Croat generals did in the Krajina.

I am sure that if the Serbs would have handed over Mladic and Karadzic, all this 'nice gang', made of Serb, Croats and Bosniaks war criminals would be playing cards together at the Hague for a long while.

Obviously someone from the Hague has leaked this "top secret" indictment list. Why has it taken them so long to indict these people? Why haven't any of these people been arrested. Why have these "top secret" lists if no one is going to do anything about it. The hipocrasy of it all is that the Croats who committed crimes will not be prosecuted by the same measures of the law as is required by their Serbian counterparts. Far be it for me to absolve the Serbs from their crimes but shouldn't the law be interpreted equally? Serbia is full of refugees from Croatia and the world has simply turned thier backs. A crime is a crime and a criminal is a criminal no matter what the nationality is. How are the Serbs supposed to believe in a just international court if other wrong doers are not equally punished! Case in point Nasar Oric. What a shameful verdict of only two years. This proves again that justice Hague style is open to interpretation!
