Wow! You guys are unbelievable. I can only laugh and feel bad for you, when I read what kind of hatred you have in your hearts. None of the comments that I read even have a clue how these guys were arrested. You haven't even read the Serbian papers about this case. They were arrested in Serbia, not while fighting (it was after the war had ENDED),but while helping a roma family. Instead of saying that let the courts decide whether those who are arrested are guilty for what they did, you are blaming the three brothers who ended up in a mass grave. SHAME ON YOU! You have no humanity in your heart and soul whatsoever. I can't say that all Serbs are like you, I am glad I do have Serb friends that prove that there are good hearted Serbs. You prove the case otherwise, that Balkans WILL NEVER move on because of people like you who have so much hate in them, and that doesn't let them live life and see reality and love people as they deserve.

The US should be probing why it let massive amounts of men come from it's country to fight in a terrorist organizations ranks against a sovereign countries legal armed forces on its own territory and why an Albanian mafiaman living in Brooklyn who admitted on a national news program to setting up false companies and documentation to ship weapons from the country to a terrorist organization. As for the Butiqy's they knew what to expect when they came to Serbia to kill our people and I have no remorse for them.

I agree with John on this one. Victor you are dead wrong on this one. They went voluntary to join KLA to fight against the Serbian army and they got killed because of that. Nothing wrong happened. If it was Canadian Serb that join the Serbian army and died at the hands of the KLA then nothing wrong happened. That’s war.

You should chose your battles wisely Victor.

I don’t understand how you are arguing this one. They where soldiers that got killed. That’s war Victor.

Excellent comment John and Warren. Will this apply to the K-serbs who took arms and joined their comrades from Serbia? They should be fair game too...so stop crying if you feel this way.

RE" Mercanaries

They have no protection under any international law or Geneva Convention because they are mercanaries from the United States. I find it ridiculous that the US Government would actually pursue this case given that the are US born Albanian citizens that went to Albania to fight as mercenaries.

They relinquished their rights as US citizens to fight as mercenaries for the sole purpose to injure, harm and kill Yugoslav civilians. It is the Serbian government that should file charges against the US for sponsoring Albanian mercenaries to fight in another country.

No different than the El Quaid sending these Mulslim Extremists to kill innocent American citizens.

It tells you how strong the Albanian lobbying is in the United States and how the US Government is being run by groups such as the George Soros Foundation.

This case is surreal. These Albanians go to Kosovo to kill as many Serbs as possible and Serbia has to prosecute people who killed them?

John

pre 17 godina

It doesn't matter if they were Monks from Mt. Athos coming to fight on the side of the Serbs. They would be considered merceneries, and they are fair game. Just like the Mujahadeen in Bosnia, Aussie's fighting for both the Serbs and Croats, or New York Pizza delivery guys fighting for the Albanians in Metohija. That was not their fight, but they made it so. Tant Pis! They should have stayed in NYC. No sympathy whatsoever and I hope the guys on trial get off scott free, just like Oric.

They were stopped by the police and released. Serb paramilitaries intercept them and kill them. They were not mercenaries; they went to Kosovo to join the KLA and fight for their country... just as the Australian Serbs did.

This applies to ALL who get involved in violence. Especially, mercenaries or para-military.

These guys weren't so innocent! What were they doing in Metohija in the first place. They were trying to kill Serbs - as they were merceneries. That's what happens to foreign merceneries.

Victor

U.S. authorities have put pressure on Serbia following ....

Thanh God that the United States of America are there to remember Serbia that killing innocent civilians during a war is a crime. What did poass through the mind of these 1000s and 1000s of Serbs sho thought that they could rape, kill, beat??? Did Milosevic and Karadzic promise these guys exoneration for all the crimes they would perpetrate in the name of the nation?
