To my knowledge, Prijepolje is in Serbia, not in Montenegro. Hoewever, you may wish to confirm this with Vlade Divac, who grew up there.

The news was online for a short time... A bit strange for 'EH' to have a comment about the absence of comments. And it definitely doesn't do justice to the victims.
A horrible crime, shamefull that no more of the guilty have yet been brought to justice. Not to mention the lack of will to build a monument. But I guess the authorities have been too busy convincing themself that Montenegro had no part in the ugly past decades...
