being in the law, I can only agree with the conclusions made by blag.
this over-ambitious woman that has shown in other cases ( for instance in regard to russian mafia-linked crimes in western europe ) that she would even sell her own grandmother in order to gain publicity...

the day she leaves office will be a great day for the rule of law. definitely.

I also hope that Mladic and Karadzic are at The Hague before she leaves. This Lady has done a lot to bring to justice all the Serbs implicated in the serbian criminal enterprise against the Bosnians.

confirmed.

i first wrote about her departure on this site 8-10 days ago.

and so ends the kangaroo court known as the hague.

no milosevic.
no tudjman.
no izetbegovic.
no mladic.
no kardzic.
no ceku.
no genocide.
no operation storm verdicts
4 dead serbs in jail cells
people waiting 3-5 yrs for trial
a dead djindjic

and ultimately, no reconcilliation

in other words a miserable failure

if they would have been fair from the beginning... perhaps a reconcilliation might have been achieved... but instead history will judge it for what it was a KANGAROO COURT where a surprising amount of serbs happened to die in prison
