Who claims that civil society organizations (NGOs) in Serbia are underdeveloped and powerless? Judge Vucetic is telling us that political parties (which are NGOs) not only dominate every aspect of politics in Serbia, with far reaching, if not limitless, impact on the functioning of governmental institutions, but have also managed to cultivate cartel-like control over political thought.

Naravno, isto je kod nas u americi. Pa to ne znaci da je dobro ni da je obavezno da bih drustvo funcionisalo dobro. Cak i daleko od toga.

Each democratically elected Honourable Member of Parliament is an individual and has the right to vote as their conscience directs them on any issue.

The very fact that they are members of the same party will indicate that on many policy issues they will vote the same way. It is neither possible or even disirable for every party member to vote the same way everytime. This is how it is in Western democracies, and they claim that they are the example to follow.
