Afrim is right. tILL 5pm on Sunday the prosentige was roughly 30%. I ahve personaly observed votings in Osejane, Videje,Grapc,Bince, Beloplje and Gorazdevac and I have seen like 4-5 persons voting all day long. I wonder how many cast balots are in those boxes, probably thousands. This is called FRAUD and cheatting its own people.

Why is it that the two Albanians who have commented so far have hinted at possible voting fraud? News flash: Milosevic is dead and ballot stuffing excuses no longer hold water. Voting patterns in the US are largely similar in that the biggest surge of voting percentages happen in the last 2-3 hours of the polls being open. People love to wait until the last minute, and are often swayed to vote one way or another after hearing news of exit polling forecasts all day. And let's not forget the razor-thin margin of victory that gave Montenegro its independence too. This is nothing new, and I feel there were no irregularities in Serbia.

I also think that with the highest turnout of Serbs bein in Kosovo, this stands as their own type of referrendum on the status of the region. Whether or not it has any impct on the final outcome, it definitely indicates how they feel.

Unfortunately the referendum will have absolutely no impact on Serbia and its citizens. As for Kosovo, the referedum will have even less of an impact. Once again the serbs are being duped and used by their political leaders. Serbia is running nowhere fast.

90.1% in KSV is the number everyone, all parties concerned, should tune into. By comparison, the closest an American presidential election has ever come to that kind of figure was back in 1936 (60.4% for FDR) and 1964 (61.1% for Johnson, following JFK's assassination). Seems to me [Boris, Agim, Frank, Martti, et al.] it might be time to ask the average Kosovar Serb, "What's on your mind?"

It is interesting to see that until around 5pm on sunday which includes a total of 23 hours ( 13 hours in saturday and 10 hours in sunday) only about 33 percent voted and then there was a BOOM because for the last 3 hours there were about 20% voters that voted. I do not have an answer to how could this mystery happen but the Liberal Democratic Party of Serbia has it. And the answer of Liberal Party of Serbia is that during the last 2-3 hours, the people who already voted went on to vote again and again without any kind of personal documents just to make the 50% and plus.
Anyway, this is just another time that the Kostunica and Nikolic type leaders are cheating the serb people.
I honestly feel sorry for the serbs that are being played by their leaders in such a primitive way. And everytime the will of the people is played by their leaders, the people will pay a price, and this happened few times with the serbs already because of their leaders such Milosevic, Seselj, Kostunica etc etc...While the more democatic leaders like Djindjic were either avoided or even killed.
This voting will only enable the Kostunica type leaders to do more and more cheating of their own people, to fulfill their personal gain while tricking the whole serb nation.
Since this constitution includes Kosova also, it looks like the serbs will have to vote again for a new constitution in about 2-3 months, a constitution that will be without Kosova due to the fact that Kosova will be recognized as an independent country.

I must also thank B92 for informing hour by hour about the voting. It shows that after all there is a democratic movement in Serbia, and B92 is one sign of it which I hope will succeed.
Thanks.

Not a good result if we see that slightly more than 50% of the Serbians voted in favour of the new constitution.
Let's see how this event will have in relation to the final Kosovo status solution.
In my opinion there will be no impact at all.
