If it wasn't for the State Department there would be an indictment at all. Once again Serbia will have a chance to show that they hide their own criminals and nothing has changed since Milosevic era.
These brothers were in the region to kill Serbs. If they had the chance, they would have executed Serbs. It appears to me that they got what they deserved - no matter how inhumane it sounds. The KLA - their sponsors did the same to Serbs prior, during, and after the war...especially their leaders - Haradinaj, Thaci, and especially Cheku. Where are their indictments? Please do not preach for justice when these thugs are still running free and running a quasi-independent country.
