Honestly, I think that if Kostunica manages to involve German intelligence services in "catching" Mladic, he'll get around to fool Europe once again. I'm not totally convinced in Kostunica's honesty upon inviting the Germans for help, just as I'm not convinced that Serbia's intelligence services are not good enough to catch Mladic on their own, given their professionalism and abilities.
