Azem Kurtaj, a member of the KBS who wounded Stefan and Miloš Stojanović from Gotovuša on Christmas Day, has been released pending trial, B92.net learns.
I suppose the trail will find him not guilty because he was "provoked".

Rest assured that the has had fair hearing. Every incident that happens especially in northern Kosovo, the Serbs are trying to give grounds on ethnic lines...and no one with a bit of brain won't believe it.
In the court of law even when you are 'provoked' the reaction should be proportional and based on that you serve the sentence if applicable.
Yep release an Albo but if a Serb did that well they would lock him up and throw away the key. In a well run normal society someone who commits such a crime is not released from prison pending a trial. However, we are dealing with Albos and that's how they operate.
