Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija are planning to start forming the Community of Serbian Municipalities (CSM) on their own, "Blic" unofficially learns.

This shows how stupid Serbs are. They didn't vote during elections in northern Kosovo, and were saying these elections don't count, but now want to create CSM on their own. This doesn't count either. Albanians in Presheva Valley, and Bosniaks in Sandzak can do the same.
