The so called constitution of Kosovo has no legislative authority with international signed agreements, namely the Brussels agreements. Need I remind all Albanians that the territorial integrity of Kosovo and Metohija is enshrined in both the Yugoslav and Serbian constitutions and UN resolution 1244. No amount of Albanian terrorism can usurp the land of the churches .

Status quo is not good for your Kosova. All it does is keep you under the same conditons of no investment and with free visa travel more and more will leave and never come back. Your lot are already less than 600,000 there. Some places are only populated by the elderly.

The number of Albos left in Presevo, Bujanovc and Medvegja is so small that if you combined the entrei population of all three areas they do not have sufficient numbers to constitute a local government council.
The vast majority of Albos from those places left in the very early days of the break up of Yugoslavia and that’s why there are over 200,000 Albos from Serbia in Germany today. The only reason these places were relevant was because Serbia was pressured to treat them as if there were majority of Albos. Today that is no longer the case.
Your goat herder is under the absolute control of the US and he has to do their biding, and all this not forming these council is not his work but Washingtons. This will go on around incircles until Ukraine is over then stayed tuned LOL.

If Vucic insist on the parts of the Agreement that Kosovo Constituional Court has declared "unconstitutional"...these would be excuses to fail.
