Great to see that countries are standing firm on their original decision.
The only discussion acceptable is K Albanians discussing and agreeing to autonomy. How that will look needs to be sorted out but nothing else.

Rumania has a vote at the UN, the same as Germany. So every country has 1 vote, which is bad news for thieving albos in K+M because you cant get into Interpol, Unesco, UN, and many others.
As for USA being your "friend" just remember that same USA was Iraqs best friend in the late 1970s and 1980s because of Iran. Then in the 1990s Iraq was the enemy.......

Is that really the headline? The headline is the importance of acceptance of the EU Plan...the consequences and what happens if parties don't accept it. Romania, one of the weakest link of the EU hasn't recognised yet Kosovo independence but will eventually as soon as Serbia "agrees". Now the issue would de facto recognition or formal recognition...Then Romania will join the more advance EU club...
