In the past I would never have said the Germans were stupid, Americans yes but not the Germans. Today its all different because what other word would you use to describe Manuel Sarrazin other than stupid?

When ever things get tense its always back to yes the Municipalities have to be established but more talk is needed. The so called western diplomats are getting dumber and dumber by the day.
