We never can be sure.
In my opinion, a mandatory service of both men AND women is needed, if for no other reason to show ourselves and the world, that Serbia is independent and strong.

The sooner the better so that the Serbian army can bulk up its reserves and continue to add military hardware particularly so that Kurti has no blind ambitions in Kosovo as well as Croatia and others in the Balkans
