Most sensible people know that Ukrainians kill POWs. In Bucha the attempted set up and lie was exposed as such. Those dead bodies were possibly ethnic Russians murdered by Ukrainian forces after Russian troops pulled out (as per the agreement in Turkey).
Lies such as this have to be condemned and those committing them must be made to pay.
But the west lets things go if their side do dreadful things.
News such as cold blooded killing of POWs will enrage the Russian people. Putins words about fascist Ukraine are true and his approval rating will be evfn higher (its already at over 80%). This is bad news for Ukraine, because if the Russians decide to "take their gloves off" it will spell disaster for Kiev.
