Where are you getting the idea that Putin has lost?
Putin was always open for negotiations but Zelensky is forbidden to negotiate.
Putin views Ukrainians as his own people therefore he doesn't want to bring any more destruction and death than absolutely necessary otherwise he would've levelled Ukraine by now and taken over.
He hasn't lost anything nor will her so you can stop wetting yourself from excitement.
