The Russians to the EU: "We are ready"

These pipelines are the property of Russia and from the messages coming out of various quarters in the EU they dont see Russia as a culprit, and even Anthony Bliken said that the sabotage was in “no one’s interest”. Why would Russia destroy their own property when all they had to do is turn the tap off? By “coincidence” an announcement was made the same day that a new pipeline was ready to pipe gas from Norway to Poland and Germany.
Another “coincidence”? An expeditionary detachment of US navy ships, led by USS Kearsage amphibious assault vessel, was in the area prior to the explosion. Hmmmm??????

Why would Russia blow up it's own goose which lays golden eggs for it?
All they have to do is turn it off and keep the infrastructure so the west is pathetic and desperate to even try to blame Russia for it.

For those that are not familiar the the protocol to launch a nuclear weapon, Putin just can’t press the button without a set of checks in the hands of others. If Vlad orders a strike his own people will kill him instead. All it takes to prevent a launch is for only one of the people involved to not follow orders.
