How can the big powers resolve anything? Look at the world today since the demise of the USSR. There is more chaos, conflict, people displaced and killed than WW1 or WWII. The American led west thrives on this purely to serve their domination, control, economic needs and interest.
This is what the collective West rules based order is all about.

It is a GOOD thing that Vučić is communicating well with the USA. Why not? Before the tragic events in the civil war in Yugoslavia, of ALL the now separate countries, it has ALWAYS been Serbs and Serbia that have been the greatest allies with the USA.
