It is too late for any kind of mobilization of Russian citizens. Putin misjudged the ability of the Ukrainian military. Time is working against Russia in this war. All Putin can do is send inexperienced young Russian boys into the meat grinder. That is why they are leaving Russia, to save their own lives. Gained some more time for what ??? Almost al Russian professional soldiers are destroyed . What are this bunch of un experienced / unprepared civilians going to do ? These Russian civilians gained some more time themselves before they will get send to fight against a superior Ukrainian Army not the other way.
