So many announcements from Ukraine that failed to show any success. What happened to the EU saying Ukraine must win at all costs? Running out of $$$

I understand that B92 is trying to balance articles favouring the Russians with western MSM information, but please will you at least publish something that is creditable rather than the standard diatribe of the famous counter offensive.
