One of the major problems is the generational gang violence, or as in this case, people, especially family and/or friends, including "internet buddies", that say or do nothing, when they should.
THEY are just as responsible as the shooters.

This is going to get worse as the "recession" hit hard. JP Morgan warned the G7 group about trying to cap the price of Russian oil. If Russia reduces output by 3 Billion barrels per day the price will jump to $198 per barrel and if its 5bbd then the price skyrockets to $308 per barrel. They also said that Russia can sustain such action as they have a massive amount of currency since the Ruble payment scheme was introduced, but the west will collapse.
If this eventuates living in the US will be like Ukraine today.
