Putin knows he has lost the war with Ukraine and is panicking since he knows the Russian Generals will soon overthrow him. All Putin can do is make up phony stories about his military arsenal having ultra modern weapons. No one buys Russia’s B.S. We remember when Turkey shot down Russian fighter jets a few years ago. And what did Putin do? Absolutely nothing! The world knows the emperor has no clothes.
