All FAILED! This is not a failure by Ukraine but by NATO and the US; in fact it is a catastrophic failure and no amount of chest beating about NATO expansion with Sweden and Finland joining.
NATO has FAILED in its most important test against a peer adversary. It can expand as a balloon it will still be a joke of an organisation and this only good at beating defenceless countries.
