Naturally the State Department would say these countries are sovereign states and make their own decisions ha,ha,ha,ha; pig's bum they do. All I can say I'd hate to be in North Macedonia, Montenegro of Bulgaria's shoes because the Russians will take it out of their hides and I'm not joking here. It will not be done right away but when its done they will feel it.
