The constitution has not changed as Kosovo has always been the integral part of Yugoslavia and the successor state Serbia . On the other hand, so called "Kosovo constitution" is not recognized by half the world and not sanctioned by the United Nations, it cannot be ripped apart from Serbia and only exists as a pariah state.

Your So called "international community of independent kosovhaha supporters" represents LESS than 1/4 of the world's population. The majority of the world, including the UN recognizes the reality that KOSOVO IS SERBIA. Agreements work if both sides, yes both sides honour their part. The Serbians have been under immense pressure and have done the right thing. The Kosovo side has signed agreements but never honour it and the EU, USA do nothing about it.
So why is the EU hoping instead of pressuring the side that is not complying?

How many are left in Kosova? It started off with 1.8 million but today how many? If you are independent then why are you here trying to convince Serbs? To me it looks more like you have to convince yourself.
If Kosovo was really independent why would Albos keep on posting on this site?
But do entertain us and regale those stories of how successful Kosova has become and how living standards are skyrocketing. Wait until August/September and I'll ask you the same question on living conditions in Albo heaven LOL.

There is no need for dialoug as long as Serbia cannot accept reality. If Serbia accept Kosovo independence then we can talk about anything as neighbours.

Serbia dont know what it want. It want Kosovo but without its Albanian population. Because if they would get Kosovo with its Albanian population Serbia would have to change its flag, constitution, language etc. That is why Milosevic tryed to erease all Albanians from Kosovo. He knew it was their last chance but they lost just like any other battle serbs have lost.

It is not land theft because Albanians are the native people of Kosovo and Albania. We are authoctonus in Kosovo. Despite going through ethnic cleansing, genocide and massacres we are still here on our soil. Serbia was occupying Kosovo since 1912 but now its a free Albanian country forever. We dont want an union with Serbia and are happy being independent. We request from Serbia to leave us alone since we want nothing to do with you.
