Secondly, if Racak was a massacre please explain why the Hague didnt want yo touch it...?? Its well known who the commanding officers were and which Serbian units were in Racak. Go on Rockhead, explain it to us........

Serbia doesn’t need any help destroying itself, they are doing a very good job of it all by themselves. Russia, obviously, can’t be of any help. They just became, officially, bankrupt. They defaulted on servicing their debt. That means Russia failed to pay the interest on its international loans. The result of this being: it will be much more difficult, if not impossible, to borrow money from the banks of the world. In other words, Russia is F#&k*d and therefore, so is Serbia.
