There are over 190 countries on earth while there are only 33 part of the western alliance so I'd say more countries are listening to Lavarov. The de-dollarization is now gathering such speed even the experts in currency are staggered.

A neuropsychologist carried out an MRI of Baluchi’s head in late 2018 and found “abnormalities indicating moderate to severe brain damage”
