Tonight on American tv there appeared a 2 hour program exposing many of the crimes Putin has committed over the last several years. This will surely be the nail that sealed Putin’s coffin.

If American TV is airing a 2 hour propaganda against Vladimir Putin then it needs to be balanced out with the crimes America has done since WW2. From central and S America, Africa, the middle east, the far east, and other places such as Yugoslavia the Yanks have murdered many tens of millions. America has murdered foreign leaders, toppled legit governments, stolen foreign resources, etc...
But I guess that documentary would have to be not 2 hours but 2 weeks. It could be much longer if you include the many millions of murdered native Americans and enslaving millions of Africans.
America is a disgusting murderous nation and Jimmy Carter 3 years ago described it as..... "America, the most warlike nation in the history of the world".

It is not so much a question of who is small or large, but who is correct, more civilized, more democratic and wanting freedom, not brutal dictatorship.
In that case "neutrality" is not the correct choice.
