Now what is Open Balkans. Albania 3 mil people more or less. Serbia 7 mil people more or less. Open Balkans would automatically expand the market for the albanian farmers and industries to an additional 7 mil people. And for serb farmers and industries by an additional 3 mil. Its the economy baby, see why small asian countries are glad to join free market agreements with their tiger neighbors like China and Singapore. Its a Jugoslavia revival stupid people say. What is the EU then if not a bigger Jugoslavia where rules are defined by Germans and French? And forget about brotherhood too, since we albs serbs croats poles are just inferior beings for the mighty Germans and French.

I thought Kosovo was an independent country that stands shoulder to shoulder with the EU, NATO and of course, the USA.
Being independent from Serbia, I thought they had control of their power, water, telecommunications etc???
