For the minimally educated: the answer is the same as to how Scotland or Wales, which are NOT a sovereign states but are a part of the United Kingdom, also has played in UEFA qualifying rounds.
People with the acronym CoK, should learn that qualifying rounds of sporting leagues does NOT make you and your KLA terrorists a country.
It does make you look pathetically stupid, that you are desperate enough to think otherwise.

If you recall, Kosova played England in London and was the only team to have scored 3 goals against England, out scoring England in the 2nd half of the match, 2-0. How is it that the Kosova team played in the Qualifying Rounds and not be a recognized country. I realize the truth is difficult to accept, but Serbia must face reality, The Republic of Kosova is a sovereign country.
