Russia will completely withdraw from the Open Skies Agreement on December 18, 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this country announced today.

If Putin is "a thug" then what do you call US presidents since WW2 who have invaded dozens of countries from Korea, Vietnam, to the middle east such as Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, etc. And lets not even go into central and south America.
America has proved to be the worlds aggressor and bully resulting in tens of millions of civilian deaths and destroyed economies.
If 1 in 6 Russians live in poverty (16.5%) then let me tell you that 13.7% of Americans live below the poverty line (Poverty Projections- Urban Institute 2021). Not much difference is it?
Americas debt is at 108% of GDP, while in Russia its just 14.6%.

Obviously Putin is frustrated with the U.S. for not giving Russia enough respect. However, deep down in his heart Putin knows Russia is only a regional power. He has no one to blame but himself. He simply has too much ego for a small man. If Russia is to be treated as an equal, Putin must resign. There is no place in international politics for a thug like Prima Donna. If he really cared about Russia and its people, one out of six Russian citizens would not be living below the poverty line.
