Ursula seem to be one of the nicer politicians (as far as her private life). Unfortunately as a politician she is a (recycled) dwarf.
Her role in vaccination politics as well as her loser reaction to now-infamous "seating order" before His Majesty Padishah Erdogan does not look good. At first I was upset because her "professional" comments to Sputnik-V, than that story with sofa happened and she does not have much respect as a politician. As a private person she is OK... but than, I am as well.
Her talk about railway has probably as much weight as the pizza from Hungarian dining car I stole for my friend "British" when we rode on the top of the train together.

The mentioned project is a "huge step forward and an important milestone in our future relations",because it links Germany with Turkey. Economically important for Germany.
