Impeachment failed; Trump reacted to the acquittal
US Senate acquitted former President Donald Trump by a majority of votes for allegedly inciting rebellion during riots and incursion into the Congress building.

Although I don’t agree with New Brunswick Albanian comments where do you get off labelling Canada a socialist country? Trump was an outsider that unleashed the true economic power of the US. Unfortunately , he did not build and collaborate with the Democrats like Ronald Reagan to consolidate his power or was prevented in doing so. The province of Alberta, Canada is paying a price with the XL pipeline and the executive orders of Biden. It looks like the US is turning into a dictatorship as Biden signs executive orders like a Roman Emperor. What boggles my mind is the department of justice , the Supreme Court and other American institutions are corrupt and failed to act from the Russia Hoax to the election fraud .
Trump is still not out of the woods, over 80 Million American citizens voted for Joe Biden over dumb Donnie. Furthermore, intelligent American Republicans feel cheated by the 43 Republican Senators that voted to acquit Trump. They will pay dearly at the midterm elections in 2022, along with those Republican Congressmen from the House of Representatives that did not vote to impeach the Orange Babboon.w
As a life long Republican, I must say that Trump behaved like a tin pot dictator, and not a President, during the last four years of his term. I and millions of decent Republicans feel cheated by this orange baboon. He threatened our cherished Democracy and for this many more than 70 million patriotic Americans will never forgive him. I, personally, hope Trump meets the fate of Ceausescu.
When history is written by others than main stream media, it will become noticed that actually, despite his rather odd personality and methods of communication, Trump turned out to be a much better president than was reported at the time.
The seventy odd million who voted for him were not stupid, and had genuine and good reasons for needing him in power.

As a life long member of the Republican Party, I am deeply ashamed of the 43 US Republican Senators that failed to convict Trump of the obvious and flagrant crimes he committed. I believe the Republican Party has damaged themselves beyond repair and will split to the benefit of the Democrats.
Although I never resided in the U.S. I do have concerns that Donald Trump can run again for president in 2024 or 2025 and emerge as the winner.

I understand Trump's objectives and methods might seem a little unorthodox to someone watching from a Socialist country, but don't forget that he has the support pf half of US. What's with the love affair with Biden? He's already cost the US and Canada over 20,000 lost jobs by shutting down the Keystone pipeline. And, half are union jobs... The people that are hurting this country are the Extreme Liberal Left with Schumer and Pelosi leading the way. They divided this country just because they were butt-hurt Trump beat them and wanted to clean the swamp. They're the reason there's racial tension in this country, or at least, they reignited the hate.
