@Zhukov:

Even if I'm not defending this JS individual don't you think it's weird that you used the term 'banana brain'?

I have been in court six times since I moved to Serbia and three of those case were handled just a banana republic would handle them.

The Serbia you moved to, also has "no one" who drives a gasoline powered car. Your LaLa land with fake farms, courts and uniform deisel power is in fact a perfect reflection of your banana brain.

But it took them eight months to overturn the lower court on an extremely basic matter.

The archeologists exploded in laugh as they deciphered the cuneinform correspondence between an Egyptian and a Shumerian household.
The two businessmen complained, the customs officials are corrupt, the lawyers are bottom-feeding animals and judges are insult on human intelligence.

I guess, a lot changed in last 5000 years, didn't it?

My case against my former employer is soon to be 8 year old.
Received a letter from a (respected!) judge today, the letter was "ни в 3.14зду, ни в Красную Армию". Was wondering, she did finish the high school in that Silly Conman Valley or not.
Yep, the higher courts make somewhat more sense. indeed. But with appeal at $750 and Writ of Mandamus also $750 just wonder, how many underserved Californians can afford it?

Ataman, well said but you also have to https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/healthcare-free-us-insurance-trump-obamacare-medicare-dentist-ram-stan-brock-a8623091.html realize.
That 24% of the economy of the U.S. is the medical system.
Living off the sick, old and poor to their last penny and some more.
If they don't charge the exuberant gold price in the U.S.
Also the rip off Insurance Co with ever increasing deductibles with less and less coverage.
Economy of the U.S. will be kaput you don't expect the rich swindlers to pay.
Plastic surgery is very expensive to look like big boob fish lips.

I have been in court six times since I moved to Serbia and three of those case were handled just a banana republic would handle them. I wrote scathing rebukes to the judges and had to appeal to a higher court to overturn the idiocy of a local judge who knows more about makeup than the rule of law. Thankfully the higher court had better sense. But it took them eight months to overturn the lower court on an extremely basic matter.

Sorry but Uzbekistan ends with an "an" not an "sa."
(JS, 1 February 2021 14:41)

Public education in Uzbekistan is above of public education in underserved Native American reservations.

The public healthcare is also better organized. Is for sure less developed - but they won't bill you three times for the same service and issue a fraudulent invoice for over $10000 for few simple tests in an emergency room. Happened with my dad, we successfully fought back the corrupt lawyers and accountants of that hospital.

Apropos, corrupt judicial system. Sure, Uzbekistan is somewhere near bottom of the democracy and transparency list. Regardless, American judicial system is something what should belong to a Banana Republic, not to a country #1 of this Planet.

Old General Kovac appears to have trouble understanding the English language. His misinterpretation of comments made by the American Ambassador only serve to reveal the general’s ignorance.

Ah... one of the most corrupt political system (call it "lobby"), judicial system, education and public healthcare system belongs to a country... the name of it starts with "U" and ends with "SA".
