The Chinese and Russians have been determined to be selling shipments of questionable Covid vaccine to Third World counties and Banana republics. It is evident that said “vaccines” are counterfeit since an inordinate number of those inoculated have contracted the virus. I sincerely hoped that Serbia has not fallen victim to this scam.
