"Citizens came out to protest against the "arrogant" driving and "savagery" of drivers in that city."

As I understand, this young driver is from Belgrade and was driving like a Formula 1 race car driver from Medijana to Trošarina for several evenings in a row. There are some savage drivers in the Niš area. But when traveling on the autoput, I joke with my wife that nearly every car which passes us has a BG license plate. That is, they're either from Belgrade or Bulgaria. I have heard many excuses for their irresponsible driving habits. But I don't buy any of them. They are best described as aggressive.
