The fact that much material evidence disappeared is down to The Hague. They destroyed much of it because at the time Serbs were guilty of everything and all others were angels.

Important documents have to be photo copied before handing in and receipt should have been given by the Hague court officials.
Destroying a vital evidence deliberately is also the crime. So who is the person in charge of an "archive" in Hague he /she is answerable.
What Drecun says most of the time I cannot decide whether to cry or laugh.
And indeed if there was no room in the archive the Hague court should by right contact the clients and return the originals with an explanation to be kept until such time arises.

Hague int. Court is huge to be able to keep documents. Even when court case ends all papers are kept for awhile by law and originals returned to the client.
