Why heck nobody mentions Josip Broz Tito and his method to poison the Serbian minds and soil their souls from 1943 in Jugoslavija ? Just look back onto history from ancient times and see that Srbija existed honorably and morally ethical but then came along Croatian Tito and from 1943 the Serbian people tumble from the summit of their royal existence !!!

Alas dummy in the 1950s/60s these experiments were commonly conducted by both the US and Soviet Union. During his Presidency Bill Clinton issued an apology to surviving African Americans who were experimented upon by the trench coat brigade in the 1940s/50s using mind controll drugs.
