Unfortunately, Serbia’s university engineering programs are outdated. Before IBM hires Serb graduates they will have to be trained for the new technologies. IBM will not employ those who lack the knowledge it takes to work at the cutting edge of technology.

It very good news for Serbia High IT companies in numbers will join IBM because Serbia has educated people and can contribute to this advance technologies
