CNN: He will starve his own people; Why is he silent? Something happened though

All this coming from a country that has allowed the uncontrolled spread of the virus where up to 1 million are infected per day where deaths are more like 300,000+; 40 million live off food handouts and the possible eviction of 10 million people from their homes due to non repayment of loans etc.
Yes CNN is worried about North Korea. I'd even take a guess and say that people in North Korea are better looked after than the millions of homeless in the US.
CNN try and clean up your own house first before looking at someone else.

As you point out the US has such severe problems in its own back yard that its laughable that CNN should be so worried about N Korea.

I think its obvious that Kim is not the nicest guy in the world and he aint on my Christmas card list.
But its up to the people of N Korea to sort out their issues. I always raise an eyebrow when the likes of America want to "give democracy" to other countries. And 99 times out of 100 its nothing to do with democracy. And every time the countries America gets involved with are no threat to the US at all.
What threat is Venezuela to America? Same for Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Serbia, etc....?
Interestingly every nation that America "helps" is far worse off than before.....

Every sovereign nation is doing its best to attract foreign investments, that is a fact. But I think you are stretching it to say that Serbia is "begging".
My whole argument is that the US has got involved in countless countries (wars, sanctions, covert ops, etc), starting with Korea in the 1950s. In the vast majority of cases the situation became worse after US involvment. How good is it in Iraq now, in Libya, Afghanistan, etc? For the most part the US gets involved where they see a benefit for themselves and not for the local population and not for what is just.
The US has put so much pressure on Venezuela over the years. Not long ago there were countless trucks wanting yo enter the country to "help the people of Venezuela".....
How about dropping the sanctions on that country and they will be fine.
Interesting how there are now only a few hundred US troops in Syria.....all of them protecting the oil fields. Interesting eh...?
