Yes, but not before recognizing Kosovo, resolving many border issues they have with neighbours, giving more rights to minorities, etc. Plus it should be said that even countries like Bulgaria, Romania are pressuring Serbia to give more rights to Bulgarians and Romanians living there.

Look what's happening to N Macedonia and Bulgaria, even though they share language, culture and ethnic background.

We officials of the EU have decided that if Serbia does not recognize Kosovo soon, they will forfeit their right to receive the vaccine for covid-19. Also, it goes without saying, Serbia will be barred from the EU.

As a matter of fact, Kosovar Albanians have been found to be the happiest and most hopeful people in Europe by more than one international health organization. On the other hand, those same health organizations found that Serbs were the most depressed and bitter ethnic group in Europe. Yes, I was in Kosovo in 2015 and I saw it for myself and nothing has changed except loss of population. The major employer is the Government. Perhaps there is another Kosova where the fairies run free and shiptars live off fresh air.
