Every country in the world will have access to the vaccine. I do believe that Serbia has secured 1.8m doses already.
As for nationalism I have to say that just in the region of the W. Balkans the two most nationalistic peoples are Croats and Albanians.
Albanias (including Kosovo) do not tolerate other peoples. In Kosovo the Albos have kicked out approx 150k non Albanians since '99. They have destroyed countless Serbian churches and other religious sites. Now some are saying that these ancient churches were Albanian and Serbs "stole" them...!??!? Serbian
graves are defaced and destroyed. Its an attempt to eliminate Serbian history and have a purely Albanian society. Fact.
As for Croatia they have killed many non Croats WW2 and kicked out over half a million Serbs in the 90s. Its the most pure society in the EU, as far as ethnicity goes.
