Lavrov is not coming to Serbia: Russian minister in self-isolation due to coronavirus

How do you know that Putin did not notify Serbia? These things go from the Russian embassy to the Serbian Foreign Office. Most of Europe is in lock down so any normal person would have been surprised to see Putin travel, except you.
The Russian vaccine is in stage 3 trials and only after its proven that they are affective on old and young will they go into full production. The US has already had to stop trials on their vaccine twice due to deaths amongst the volunteers.
How do you draw the conclusion that Putin is a fair-weather friend by not going to Serbia and Trump at political rallies in the US? Serbia is not part of Russia.

I'm so disappointed because I was so hoping to greet him at Heathrow airport and collect my order......

Fair weather friends are a dime a dozen. Both Putin and Lavrov are turning their backs on Serbia. Putin did not even have the decency to notify Serbia of his absence. He has been hiding out in his dacha for months, even though he claims Russia has a vaccine. At least Trump, as stupid as he is, has the courage to be in touch with his people at political rallies.

Look at that. Few days ago when it was said Lavrov won't visit Croatia, Serbs made it a big deal. Now this. I bet now Serbs won't say anything, apologize or such. Serbs have become like CNN, no matter if Trump is right or wrong, according to CNN he's always wrong.
