Sorry but it is an ultimatum. Literally when the US says you do it their way or they walk away from the deal and no negotiations, that exactly what it is. Lets see who will injure themselves, the US with a collective government debt of 154% to GDP or Russia with 15% to GDP.
Expect much more poverty in the US while spending on defending freedom and democracy sky rockets and producing more s*** like the F35.
